CULTURE IS
INFRASTRUCTURE

Bianca believes culture is more than entertainment. It influences how people gather, travel, spend, build relationships, and participate in the economic life of a city.

Her work explores how digital media, content creators, community partnerships, and cultural storytelling can help businesses get discovered, strengthen tourism, generate economic activity, and create opportunities for the people shaping local culture.
